How Much Money Will We Raise?
Would you believe that
Your group can raise Thousands of dollars in just a few short weeks! It's true, if each member in your group just sold 10 shirts each your profits would be through the roof. Refer to
our Profit Projector page for more details.
How Much Should We Charge?
Since each fundraiser and community is different this is your decision to make. Our costs will never be revealed to your
members in the catalogs or processed orders. To keep it affordable we suggest a starting price of $12-14 for the T-shirts.
Your cost for each shirt sold is $8, which leaves you with profits of $4-6 per shirt using the starting prices above. Please
note that XXL & XXXL are priced at $10 each. We recommend the same profit range for our Long Sleeve shirts and Sweatshirts.
Is There A Charge For The Fundraising Kit?
For the 2007 fundraising season we are allowing you to choose the best way to get your fundraiser started. Due to the growing
number of fundraising kits that have been sent out and not returned, we are asking that a deposit be made on the fundraising
kit. That deposit will be applied to your order when it is placed, or returned to you when your fundraising kit is returned.
We also offer you the opportunity to print your own materials directly from our website at no cost to you. You can print the
order forms, and design sheets right from home and get strated on your fundraiser today! For more information on the choices

What Is Included In Our Fundraiser Kit?
Each Fundraiser Kit will come with enough color design sheets & order forms for your entire group. The
kit will also include a selection of sample Christian T-shirts. You can use these for display purposes and to show your members
the quality of the shirts you are offering.
Do We Return The Fundraiser Kit?
Yes, all items from the Fundraising Kit including the sample T-shirts, catalogs and unused order forms are to be returned
at the end of your fundraiser in good condition. Each page of the catalog was laminated prior to binding to eliminate tears
and stains that occur on most paper catalogs. You will be charged $8 for any missing sample t-shirts. The administrator folder
is yours to keep
Can We Add Our Logo Or Group Name To The Shirts?
Of course! We would be happy to help you promote your group by adding a custom logo or text to any of the T-shirts or Sweatshirts
that we offer. We do charge an additional $1 per shirt for this service. For more details on this program click

About The Shirts
Ministry Fundraisers has one of the largest selections of Christian T-shirts in the fundraising industry.
We pride ourselves in providing the latest and most stylish designs in Christian T-shirts for your fundraising event. We use
Pre-Shrunk, Heavyweight 100% Cotton shirts by Gildan, one of the most trusted names in T-shirts. The size range of the Christian
T-shirts is Youth XS –Adult 5XL! The T-shirts are available in White, Natural, Ash Grey, Light Pink, Light Blue, Charcoal,
Navy Blue, Black and Yellow. To see these colors, click HERE. For our sweatshirts, we use either Gildan or Jerzees brand fleece. Our Christian sweatshirts are available in sizes ranging
from Youth Small to Adult 3XL.
What Types Of Shirts Are Available For Our Fundraiser?
We have you covered for year round Christian T-Shirt Fundraising. Any of our Christian designs in the fundraising catalog
can be placed on a Short Sleeve Tee, Long Sleeve Tee, Crewneck Sweatshirt, or Hooded Sweasthirt (Hoodie). This allows the
purchaser to customize his/her Christian shirt by Christian design, shirt type, and color.
When Should We Contact You?
In order to ensure that you have everything you need for your Christian T-shirt fundraiser, we ask that you
allow your Fundraising Coordinator up to 2 weeks to get your Fundraising Kit out to you. We also recommend that you hold a
Kick-Off meeting with your group when the Fundraiser Kit arrives. Holding a Q & A forum with your group will help with
their understanding of the fundraiser and products. See more in our
Once we have received your order and payment we will begin processing and individually packaging your order. The typical
turnaround time frame from order to shipment is one (1) to two (2) weeks. Once your order has shipped you will be provided

With Ministry Fundraisers, your fundraiser never ends! We expect that once your Christian shirts are out an
worn in public, there will be a demand for more. For that reason, we have equipped the website with a shopping cart feature.
You can come on the site at anytime after your fundraiser and purchase additional Christian shirts for the same cost as during
your fundraiser. We also take payment by phone or mail, if you feel more comfortable that way.
What If We Need To Return Shirts?
We accept returns on our shirts as long as they are in resellable
condition. The restocking fee of $3 per shirt (S-XL) & $4 per shirt (2XL & Up) will be imposed on all return
orders.
