How Often Can We Place An Order?

Your group can order as often as you like. If your fundraiser will be running for a period of time that exceeds two weeks, we suggest that you place an order after the first two weeks. This allows those who purchased shirts at the beginning of your fundraiser to receive their shirts in a timely manner. Having members of your church or community wearing the shirts they purchased while your fundraiser is still underway is a great source of advertising for you. As always, there is no limit to the number of orders you can place during the course of your fundraiser.

When Will We Receive Our Order?

Once we have received your order and payment we will begin processing and individually packaging your order. The typical turnaround time frame from order to shipment is typically 2 weeks. Every order we fill is shipped by the US Postal Service Priority Mail. For most areas of the United States, this provides 2 - 3 day delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and the tracking number to keep tabs on your merchandise.

What If We Have Late Orders?

With Ministry Fundraisers, your fundraiser never ends! We expect that once your Christian shirts are out and worn in public, there will be a demand for more. For that reason, we have equipped the website with a shopping cart feature. You can come on the site anytime after your initial fundraiser closes and purchase additional shirts for the same cost as during your fundraiser. We also take payment by phone or mail, if you prefer one of those methods instead.
